I had a decent stay—room was spacious and clean, and I loved the daily coffee provided. However, the noise from the nearby bar was a bit annoying. Would I return? Maybe.

The whole room was perfectly clean and fairly quiet with a balcony, bedrooms, for instance. Really enjoyed the delightful decor it had. The hotel was perfect and in a central location next to tourist destinations, the center of Rome, and the other main attractions.

The check in was easy, the room was reasonably spacious with a balcony, biscuits, as example. The staff there were pleasant and accommodating...

Good location for exploring the city.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the room we reserved was not available, and mine was relocated without prior notice. The replacement room was significantly smaller, a letdown, and we weren't even offered an apology. To was good, and despite showing evidence, the staff responded with indifference, only relocating us after we insisted firmly. The room I originally reserved was finally given to us, but not without a considerable amount of stress and discomfort.

Lovely stay, as always. A perfect and fantastic hotel with central location. Extremely comfy beds, central heating, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge in the room. A handy kitchenette and clean bathroom. Pleasant staff and management.

The kids were thrilled, especially with the history and art around us. Our stay included a good amount of space, made life easier with elderly parents in tow.
My children wanted better amenities, like toiletries and more water.

We stumbled into some serious issues. First, we found bugs in the room that bit my boyfriend. They only offered a room change, no money back. The cleanliness was horrible, and the coffee machine was broken. Plus, the staff didn't seem to care much at all. The location was good, though.

The location was spot on, near the metro. Just was great.
On arrival, we found ourselves waiting outside for 25 minutes because no one was there to let us in. It caught us off guard, so be sure to double-check arrival times.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was okay. Location was super convenient for getting around, but we waited 25 minutes outside for someone to check us in. The amenities were lacking-only one shower cap and no soap! A bit annoying, but the bed was comfy enough for a short stay.
